Greek Fall Dip

This sensational Greek Fall Dip brings together all the flavors of autumn and packs them into one rich bowl (or plate, your call). You can dive into it with your fingers (yep, it’s THAT good) or crackers, bread or even cake. Yes, CAKE!

The sweet and toasty notes bring a richness that will blow you away. It’s made with a smooth and creamy base of Greek yogurt, infused with aromatic cinnamon and caramel flavors that come from the fruit you choose. You can work with either apples or peaches. In this recipe, I used peaches because I prefer them over apples any day.

One of the best things about this dip is the variation in texture as well. The toasted nuts (I used walnuts, but you can also use pine nuts) and the soft caramelized peaches as well as the creamy yogurt…. oomf! It’s a party in your mouth.

Because this recipe is so simple, you can easily play around with the ingredients and substitute as you like. For instance, you can switch the walnuts for any of your favorite nuts. I, for one, love how the toasted walnuts pair with the rest of the flavors.

I’m also a huge fan of honey as it’s the perfect natural sweetener. It doesn’t overpower the rest of the ingredients and adds the right degree of subtle sweetness.
